Bob founded the firm of Welts, White & Fontaine in 1978 and celebrated 50 years of law practice in July of 2007. Bob focuses his practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate and land use law.
Bob is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is a member of the American Bar Association. He is also past President of the Nashua Bar Association and was awarded its highest honor, the Lifetime Achievement Award, in 2009. Bob is former Chairman of the Nashua Zoning Board of Adjustment and a former member of the Nashua Board of Aldermen.
Bob earned his B.S. degree, cum laude and J.D. from Boston College. He also earned an LLM in taxation on Boston University.
Bob, an avid runner, is a member of Gate City Striders. He runs approximately 20 races each year, which has included several events in each of the last four National Senior Games in both road racing and track and field divisions.
